Session Fees
At Brown Counseling Services, we want to make quality Therapy accessible to as many people as possible. We will make every reasonable attempt to find a Therapist and a fee that works for you.
Keep in mind:
· We have Therapists who are in network with many insurance companies *
· We offer direct billing for out of network services (we are often able to submit the statements electronically on your behalf)
· We have some reduced fee (sliding scale) slots available when there is financial need.

*Please note that, when using insurance, the insurance company has the right to request access to notes about your treatment. Some clients choose not to use insurance for this reason.
Also, most insurance plans will only cover services if you have certain diagnoses.
We are happy to answer your questions about using insurance to pay for Therapy services.
